Shrafat Gayi Tel Lene is a comic thriller movie and deals with a common man who gets trapped in a notion that honesty is the best policy. But sometimes, especially in today's time that is not the best option and you have to bend the rules to safeguard yourself more than getting ahead in life. Zayed is playing the main role of Prithvi Khurana. Ranvijay is playing his roommate - Sam. He's almost like a parallel lead. The main girl is Tina Desai - it is going to be her first film and there's another girl - Talia Benson, half Indian and half Norwegian.

The only bright spot in this 'oily' film is Zayed Khan's performance. The guy restricts himself well to play this 'much-in-love' boyfriend, who is sort of hen-pecked. A middle-class man working with an architect, his monthly salary is Rs 25,000. He is now engaged to marry. He is an upright man, who will take no shortcuts to success.

His roommate friend Sam (Ranvijay Singh) is just the opposite. He spends the entire night chatting with unknown people on the internet and spends the day sleeping in the hope of hitting the jackpot someday. 

But the jackpot looks kindly on Prithvi Khurana (Zayed Khan). One day, at the ATM, he realizes that his bank balance has jumped to Rs 100 crores. But before he can settle down with this euphoric news, he gets a call from bhai (Dawood) who tells him that the money belongs to him and it was he who deposited it in his account. He will now have to give Rs 10 cr each at different point in time to the people he informs him about. Prithvi, for his efforts, stands to gain a hefty commission. 

Prithvi is now in fear as bhai has promised to harm his girlfriend (Tina Desai) if anything goes wrong. So he seeks the help of Sam to help him in this mission to give away the wealth.
